Question: What can I do with the rig under non-commercial license?
Answer: You can do things like using the rigs for your demo reel or short film. You can't make money with the rig or share it with other people.

Question: Can I pay with credit card?
Answer: Yes. We use PayPal as our payment gateway, and PayPal support credit card.

Question: Which software should I use?
Answer: You should use Autodesk Maya, and the version should be at least 2015.

How you receive our products

When you do check out, our service provider SendOwl will direct you to PayPal. At the PayPal page, you can make a payment with your PayPal account or your credit/debit card. After your payment go through the system, you will automatically receive an email with the download link of the file.

Please check your junk mail folder if you didn't receive the product link.
You can always email us at service@characterrigs.com if you have any problems.
